During this challenging time, the health and safety of ALL in our school community is paramount. We are responsible for creating plans that promote and ensure the safety of everyone in our system, while also providing equity in access. Schools must adhere to the requirements and responsibilities of a federally funded public institution to meet the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Free and Appropriate Education (FAPE), and Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). We understand there are differences between students that "can't do" and those who "choose not to do". It is our responsibility to proactively and diligently teach the expectations and procedures to keep all our students safe.
